We’re dedicated to helping DFW Start-ups

Our program provides office space and access to a variety of business services

We help new and startup business and nonprofits develop by providing training, support, resources, and office space. We SUPPORT ENTREPRENEURS AND NONPROFITS in the early stages of growth, helping you refine your business strategy, grow your customer base and improve profitability.

We are a business incubator and collaborative workspace that offers an intensive two-year business support program that accelerates the successful development of start-ups and fledgling companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of industry-specific resources and services. Our service area covers DFW and extends into all types of industries. Our average occupancy is between 10 and 15 companies.

Incubators are spaces for carefully monitored growth. Companies must apply and are selected based on set traits. Once admitted, they are awarded office space and immense support through all stages of business growth. Professional development, staff training, economic training, and business logistics are all emphasized. The programs are intense but generally short in length, so as to get businesses up and running independently.

Unlike accelerators, incubators focus on learning the ropes of running a business, customer care, finances, and other such essentials. Learning is emphasized over seeking investors.

If accepted into the program, tenant companies engage in regular financial reviews, on-going management consultations, and business coaching, and participate in on-site events, classes, and networking. Client Companies graduate from the program, generally in 5 years or less.

Staff and coaches provide ongoing technical help and training to Incubator Client Companies, from quick answers on accounting issues to help in launching a new product or service. Staff or coaches can assist tenants with marketing, including press releases, development of brochures, websites, and marketing plans. Mentors, advisors, or advisory committees can be developed to provide assistance as needed.

Networking opportunities with monthly tenant mixers, and Open Coffee Club meetings.
